Meet the Team
Dwayne Campbell
Dwayne has over 30 years experience in managing regulatory and government affairs matters in both domestic and international markets. His past experience includes managing compliance for a major consumer electronics brand including manufacturing domestic and off shore, private label, and retail aspects. His responsibilities included product development, engineering, publications, and regulatory affairs. Dwayne has worked closely with international, federal, state and regulatory organizations on compliance matters including the CPSC, DOE, EPA, FCC, and NRTL’s. Additional experience includes setting up testing procedures, quality systems, risk management, safety testing, recall management, forensic analysis, and product certification.
Jeff Lenk
Jeffrey A. Lenk is a founding partner and President of Professional Testing (EMI), Inc. an accredited testing laboratory since 1987 that specializes in providing EMC, Electrical Product Safety, Reliability and Explosive Atmospheres testing and certification.
In 2014, Jeff formed Panoptik Compliance Solutions as a separate entity from the testing lab process to provide design requirements and mitigation raised before or during the testing process. With the formation of Panoptik Compliance Solutions, customers have the ability to draw upon expertise to troubleshoot design and address regulatory hurdles in a quick and responsive manner.
Jeff's 40-plus years of experience in regulatory and EMC testing aids his vision of strategic direction of a product's development. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Larry Finn
Larry has spent 27 years working in the Aerospace and Defense, Consumer Electronics, and Regulatory Compliance sectors. His expertise spans multiple disciplines including Product Safety, EMC, RF/Antenna Design and Simulation, Analog Circuit Design and Optical System Design. Larry has managed teams in multiple countries, helped design products for high volume manufacturing and enabled a long list of clients to realize their product development goals. Larry's understanding of electrical design and regulatory compliance requirements enable designs done right the first time. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
